On the 3rd – 4th of November 2016, our Chinese Member WisdomAsia held the annual WIN and GIA Asia-Pacific Meeting in Shanghai.
After making its round in Japan, Thailand, Philippines & Indonesia in previous years, WisdomAsia was proud to host the conference this year, bringing together WIN & GIA partners across the region to promote the network’s strength and expertise to some 50 international and local clients who were also invited to the event.
Vilma Scarpino, President of WIN, was also present to the event this year to address the audience and she gave an introduction to the network, the world’s largest association of independent market research companies.
Assembling a stellar cast of guest speakers in this year’s event, industry leaders shared with participants on how traditional and modern approaches are seamlessly integrated in market research to bring about effective insight discovery and management. Participants also had the chance to engage with guest speakers over two interactive panel discussion sessions to find out more about how they can potentially harness neuroscience technologies in their marketing, and utilize new ways of measurement in this digital media world.
WIN & GIA members from the APAC region also got together with the President internally for their Regional Meeting to understand more about the latest development in the network, and discussed initiatives to further tap upon the strengths and capabilities in the region, and boost channeling of businesses within the network collectively to achieve greater growth.
