Providing Quality Work
WIN prides itself on the high quality of its own work and the work of its Members. Strict quality criteria are applied when a new company asks to join the Association. All research is conducted in strict adherence to the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practices. The ICC/ESOMAR Code on Market and Social Research was developed jointly with the International Chamber of Commerce and sets out global guidelines for self-regulation for researchers.
Based on our long experience of coordinating multi-country survey research projects, WIN believes in centralized project management and control. One of the many benefits of this approach is that the client has a single point of contact and we deal with all research suppliers. We assume the role of project managers and would take responsibility centrally for ensuring that the project is conducted according to the specifications and that results are delivered on time, as agreed.
We are committed to providing the highest quality in our work. Our central project management is already accredited to ISO 9000 - the global quality scheme. Most of our member companies are also ISO accredited. New non ISO registered members are offered a WIN Quality Program which provides support in order to achieve ISO 9000 as quickly as possible.
