RED C in Ireland had an opportunity to bid to become the strategic research partner of the National Lottery in Ireland, but had no major experience in the gaming market. They were up against major multinationals including Kantar Millward Brown, IPSOS and others in the bidding process. In order to help show international experience and expertise in their bid, they asked local WIN contacts and gaming experts Doxa, Italy and Alternative Research Solutions, Greece for help in providing clear expertise in the network. Both countries were added to the bid as gaming industry “thought leaders” that RED C could call on. RED C used this industry knowledge, along with their own experience and expertise in the local market, to successfully secure this major contract.
